We offer Free Express Shipping on all domestic and international orders. All orders ship from Australia within 1 business day.

- Domestic (Australia): Express delivery via Australia Post, typically 1 business day.

- International (USA): Express delivery via Australia Post, typically 3–5 business days, depending on destination and customs.

- International: Express delivery via FedEx, typically 3–5 business days, depending on destination and customs.

 

DUTIES & TAXES

International: You are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees imposed by your country’s customs authority. These charges vary by destination and are beyond our control.

USA: All duties and taxes are paid for in advance by us.

 

RETURNS

Each piece is hand-finished and crafted through a meticulous manual process, making every garment unique. Due to its bespoke nature, this item is final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

 

DAMAGES & ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, email contact@alexander-avenue.com so we can resolve it promptly.

 

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If the carrier attempts delivery while you are unavailable, please arrange to retrieve your order. Should the courier return the package to us, we will contact you. Any additional shipping charges for redelivery are the responsibility of the customer.

 

ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

Once an order is placed, it cannot be adjusted or cancelled.
